Thematic: Growing Your Own Food As part of the PLAYFOOD thematic focus on “Growing Your Own Food” (GYOF), a community session was organised at EB Casével School in Portugal, bringing together families, teachers, and the project team to reflect on how food production connects to both human wellbeing and planetary health. The session created a welcoming space for dialogue, encouraging participants to share experiences and explore the value of growing food at home and in school

Thematic: Growing Your Own Food As part of the PLAYFOOD activities on “Growing Your Own Food”, primary school children visited Vivid Farms in Portugal for a hands-on learning experience in nature. Guided by the facilitators Raiza Rezende, Rodrigo Borralho e Ana Carvalho, the session introduced children to the basics of food production and regenerative agriculture, during a farm visit and a planting activity. Children first worked in the greenhouse where they planted seedlin
